- *Hindu Undivided Family*: A family-centric business structure prevalent in India, particularly among Hindu communities.


- *Partnership*: A business structure where two or more individuals operate a business according to a Partnership Deed’s terms and objectives.

- *Cooperative (Co-op)*: A voluntary association of individuals united to meet their common economic, social, and cultural needs through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise.
